From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience. Mohammed made the booking process incredibly easy and was responsive, organized, and helpful every step of the way. Our guide, Said, was fantastic. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history, culture, and daily life of Tangier. He made the tour engaging and enjoyable, answered all of our questions, and ensured we had a wonderful experience throughout the day. From first WhatsApp message to hotel check-in, Tangier Private Tours delivered a perfect day. Booking with Mohammed was simple and responsive, and our guide Mohameed met us at the ferry terminal when we arrived from Tarifa. Mohameed was exceptional — deeply knowledgeable about every stop, patient with all our questions, and happy to move at our pace. He's also a superb photographer, which meant we came home with great photos of all three of us instead of the usual awkward selfies. The itinerary covered it all: Perdicaris Park, Cap Spartel, the Cave of Hercules, a private camel ride along Achakar Beach, and a wonderful walking tour of the Medina and Kasbah. Lunch at Vandalucia was relaxing and delicious, and Mohameed added an unexpected highlight — a visit to the American Legation, a gem we wouldn't have found on our own. The service didn't stop when the tour ended. Mohameed recommended a terrific dinner spot (Palais Zahia) and personally helped us check into our riad in the Medina (Zoco Riad). There aren't enough positive adjectives for this experience. It was our first visit to Morocco, but it won't be our last. Thank you, Mohammed and Mohameed — you set the bar high.
I booked the tour very last minute, Mohammed was very prompt, informative and helpful with our booking. We were met at the port, in a very clean van, with water. Mohammed was friendly and our experience was absolutely top notch. He is very educated in the history of the area, he shared some very interesting tidbits that we really enjoyed. I can not express enough how wonderful our tour and experience were. I highly endorse and suggest taking any of their tours!!
Bottom line up front: Mohammed is among the best and friendliest tour guides you will find. My wife and I made a last minute decision to take a day trip to Tangier and Mohammed was SUPER helpful in setting us up with a guide, crafting the itinerary, and putting everything in motion - all from the night before (that's when we first contacted him!). We specifically did a Tangier Jewish Heritage Tour - so fun and interesting, highly recommended.
